A digital integrated circuit of CMOS logic produced in the Soviet era. It was widely used in household appliances. Often used by radio amateurs to create various devices based on digital chips. 
It contains two D-triggers with settings of 0 and 1.
The numbering of legs starts from the key on the case in an anti-clockwise direction.
Chips consist of two two-level (master-slave) D-flip-flop with the inputs of asynchronous set and reset, and antiphase outputs.
